Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of verifiedfragrances.com and any purchase you make from Verified Fragrances Inc. ("we", "us"), a company incorporated federally in Canada. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

We sell designer, niche, and Arabian perfumery sourced through wholesale distribution channels. Every product we sell is supplied in its original manufacturer packaging, unaltered and never decanted, diluted, or relabelled. We are an independent retailer and are not an authorized dealer or agent of, or affiliated with, the brands we carry unless expressly stated. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Product descriptions and images

We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, packaging, or other content are error-free or current. Manufacturers change packaging and formulations without notice, so the bottle you receive may differ in appearance from the image shown. Colours may also vary between screens.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST/HST, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices at any time before you place an order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where an error in pricing or description has occurred. Where we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

We may limit quantities on any product, and we may restrict sales to resellers where an order appears intended for unauthorized resale.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery times, shipping charges, and return eligibility are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content for commercial use, or to submit false information.

8. Intellectual property

The design, text, photography, and other original content on this site are owned by Verified Fragrances Inc. and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Fragrance products are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, review the ingredient list on the packaging before use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
